In this hands on class you will be directed through each step of rendering tallow to take the mystery from the process and equip you to repeat this at home. We will cover the difference in wet rendering vs dry rendering and benefits/drawbacks of each, and answer any questions you may have along with sharing tips to make your experience sucessful. You'll take home your own jar of tallow to enjoy too! All supplies are provided, you just need to show up-take a friend! $30/person
