About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In this Talking Circle, we will explore the eternal rhythm of death and rebirth—within us, around us, and through us. Just as nature surrenders to winter before blossoming again, we too are asked to die to old identities, patterns, and ways of being in order to come home to something more true.

Together, we will explore:

  • The cyclical nature of healing: initiations, ego death, surrender, renewal
  • Plant medicine and ceremonial death experiences
  • The symbolic deaths we experience in relationships, identity, and trauma recovery
  • Indigenous teachings on the medicine wheel and seasonal transitions
  • Clinical insights on neuroplasticity and post-traumatic growth

Whether you're in a death cycle, a rebirth, or the liminal space in between, this circle welcomes you into a deeper trust in life’s unfolding.

We will meet in the Payson Conference Room.

This talking circle is sponsored by the medicineway.org.
