Join us for a sacred evening of reflection and remembrance as we explore Ancestral Memory and Lineage Healing—the invisible threads that connect us to those who came before. In both Indigenous traditions and modern clinical approaches, we understand that our bodies, behaviors, and beliefs often carry the echoes of ancestral stories—some wounding, some wisdom.
In this circle, we’ll reflect on:
- How generational trauma and resilience are passed through the nervous system and soul
- The role of ritual, storytelling, and plant medicine in remembering and restoring our ancestral connections
- How to work with dreams, synchronicities, and intuitive insight to access ancestral memory
- Reclaiming the gifts, strengths, and guidance of our lineages in service to healing forward
This is a space for gentle inquiry, deep listening, and embodied presence. You do not need to know your family history to participate—your body remembers, and your spirit knows.
