Overview
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for peer to peer group discussions about mental health.
We host this re-occurring event the first Tuesday of every month to provide a safe all inclusive space to discuss our individual mental health journeys and mental health topics in a peer to peer setting. We look forward to meeting you all and to some great discussion!
Look for us in the conference center on the 4th floor of the library. (stairs and elevator to the right when you enter)
Rules for our discussions.
- Respect everyone. Everyone has a valid story and we are fostering a caring and empathetic discussion environment.
- No requirement to talk, just come and listen.
- Negativity towards others will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
- Avoid offensive and hurtful languages.
- We are discussing often sensitive topics that could trigger another participant. Please offer a trigger warning when appropriate.
- Respect confidentiality and privacy and please leave any discussions at the door when you leave.
- Come with an open mind or bring a listening ear and help each other.
