Absolutely. That’s part of the mission. If you’re looking for guidance, just let us know when you arrive—we’ll introduce you to a friendly datanut who’s been around the block (and probably automated it). No awkward speed-matching, just organic conversations with people who want to help.

Do I need to be a data expert to attend?

Absolutely not. Whether you’re a seasoned datanut or just data-curious, you’re welcome here. No gatekeeping, just good convo.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes—there’ll be drinks and good food. But heads up: you’ll need to PAY FOR YOUR OWN. Please settle your tab and close out your ticket before leaving—let’s keep the data clean and the bar staff happy.

What’s the dress code?

Whatever makes you feel like your most brilliant, awkwardly confident self. Hoodies, blazers, and “I wrangle data” shirts all qualify.

What if I want to be a mentor or speaker?

We love that. Talk to Dd at the event or drop a note in the RSVP form—we’re always looking for folks who want to give back or nerd out on a mic.

What should I bring?

Just yourself—and maybe a cool story, question, or hot take about data. Business cards optional, awkward introductions encouraged.

Can I bring a friend?

Please do. Especially if they’ve ever shouted at a Jupyter notebook or tried to explain a random forest at brunch.
