Dr. Natalie Marks presents an updated version of A Peek Behind the Curtain: Taking a Better Approach to HCM in Your Feline Patients”. She will begin with an in-depth review of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in cats—highlighting its prevalence, underlying pathophysiology, breed predispositions, and current diagnostic limitations. From there, we’ll take a closer look at disease staging based on the latest ACVIM guidelines, exploring both the opportunities and challenges of today’s diagnostic workups, as well as emerging advances in testing and treatment options. The session will wrap up with a practical summary of an up-to-date workup approach and key discussion points to help veterinary teams communicate effectively with pet parents.

Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding and enhance the care you provide to feline patients!
