You’ve heard about breathwork and sound baths—but what do they really feel like?This beginner-friendly session offers a beautiful introduction to the healing power of sound and vibration.

Enjoy a 50-minute breathwork and sound bath experience guided by Omi Bell using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice.

You don’t need to do anything—just lie down, listen, and receive.

🔔 What to Expect:

  • A short overview of what breathwork and sound baths are and how they work (5 mins)
  • Guided grounding and intention setting (2–3 mins)
  • A 20-minute breathwork session
  • A full 30-minute sound bath using crystal bowls and harmonics
  • Optional Q&A afterward to share or ask questions

  • Bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that makes your space cozy
  • No previous experience needed—just come open to receive

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to go to bed right after?

No! Not at all. For the wind down - If you're not going to bed I would recommend that you make space to chill out after. Watch your favorite show, listen to music or just relax. You don't have to go to bed after breathwork in general, however, this session is focused on relaxing you.

Do I need to have experience with breathwork or sound healing?

No experience needed at all. I’ll walk you through everything gently at the start of the session. It’s beginner-friendly and guided the whole way.

What should I bring or prepare?

Complete your night routine before joining (teeth brushed, cozy clothes, lights low). You’ll want: A quiet space to lie down undisturbed A yoga mat, bed, or couch Headphones (preferred) or computer/TV speakers A blanket or eye pillow if you’d like extra comfort

Is this tied to a particular religion or faith?

No. Your breath is yours. The sound bowls have been used for ages as a method of calm and healing.

What happens if I join late?

To protect the container, no one will be admitted after 5 minutes past the start time. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. There will be no refunds but you can attend the next identical session for free. ONLY ONCE.

Will this session be recorded?

There is a possibility that the session will be recorded for me to study myself in order to grow as a facilitator.

Do I have to go to sleep right after?

Not at all. While this session will regulate your nervous system and set you up for deep rest, you're welcome to journal, read, or simply relax afterward.

Can I invite a friend or partner to join me?

Yes! You’re welcome to share the link or invite someone to lie down next to you—just be sure everyone is registered and settled before the session starts.

Can I keep my camera off?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to keep your camera off the whole time. If it’s your first session, we recommend joining by video (camera off) just so you can see the breath demonstration at the beginning. Be sure to stay on mute during the breathwork and sound bath portion of the session.

Is this safe for people who are pregnant or have health concerns?

If you’re pregnant, have heart or respiratory issues, or are under medical care, please consult your provider first. The breathwork is gentle, but it’s important to listen to your body.
