Welcome to our online meditation event!Looking for a moment of calm in your busy week? Join us for a simple, refreshing meditation session designed for anyone—whether you’re brand new to meditation or already practice regularly (which I am definitely no pro not claim to be).

Hosted by Coach Shemi, we’ll begin with 2 minutes of gentle breathing exercises to center ourselves, followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation. This is not a class on the science or medical benefits of meditation—it’s simply a safe space to pause, breathe, and experience peace together.
