TAILS ON TRAILS
Overview
Tails on Trails Experience!
Get ready for an unforgettable in-person adventure where you can walk side by side with your dog. Black Island Trail makes lemonade out of lemons with a scenic hike or off-road ride in natural landscapes reshaped for coastal development. Near the white sand beaches of Lovers Key, a tranquil path weaves through forests of palms and sea grapes on berms and canals returned to nature after being saved from development. This is one event you won’t want to miss!
The Black Island Trail is 2.5 miles of hiking or biking adventure through a maritime hammock along the canal banks of Black Island.
The Eagle Trail is 1.1 miles of hiking or biking adventure through a maritime hammock along the inner waterways of Black Island.
