A moving meditative experience, led by 30+ year experienced instructor.

Tai Chi/Qiqong classes are held outdoors at Modjeska Park, 28891 Modjeska Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676, next to fire station. With changing weather conditions we may retreat indoors, 50 yards west of the park at Modjeska Community Center, 28890 Modjeska Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676.

Why both Tai Chi & Qigong

Tai Chi Is a dance energy of moving awareness offering a choregraph of 64 forms from Quan Ping style. Tai Chi keeps in-check unbroken streaming attention thus offers a dynamic feel. Qigong has shorter sets between 1 to 6 forms the most know as brocades. Both types are mixed into the 1 hour event .
