What is the cancelation policy?

Participants may cancel up to one week before the start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.

What should I wear for class?

We recommend lose-fitting clothes and comfortable exercise shoes.

Our Movement classes are not billable to insurance.

No referral needed for our Movement classes.  Anyone can join!

• Sit in a chair
• Lie down with or without support
• Stand with or without support for 5-10 minutes
