We’ll practice outdoors when the weather is nice, allowing you to connect with nature. On less favorable days, we’ll continue indoors to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted flow. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a mindful way to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Thursdays at 9am, August 14th - October 30th. The class is aproximately 45 minutes. We will meet in the backyard behind the Clubhouse or inside if the weather is not nice.
