You’ll also immerse in qigong, a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, that balances energy and supports the body’s natural healing abilities.
Throughout this workshop, expect a sense of calm to wash over you as each movement invites you into a deeper state of relaxation and focus. You’ll feel the magic of slowing down, grounding yourself, and allowing your body and mind to move in unison.
