Tactics V. Technique- ALPINE

Experience:

• Participants will spend time dissecting what skills are needed/used to facilitate an intended outcome or desired performance. 
• The clinic will spend time breaking down reasons for tactical approach vs technical, is there difference, how do they blend?  
• Group Leader will facilitate exploration and discovery of what outcomes are produced

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the day the participants will

• Identify tactical choices to manage line, terrain, speed as needed
• Identify techniques that facilitate outcomes
• Develop greater awareness of how techniques blend with tactics in all situations to manage effective line choice in variety of situations
• Have greater confidence in own abilities to navigate unpredictable situations and make them less uncomfortable.
