Overview
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises
Structure
1. Warm-Up: Begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up to prepare your muscles and prevent injury.
2. Intervals:
• 20 seconds of intense exercise (as many reps as possible)
• 10 seconds of rest
• Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total)

• Burpees
• Squats
• Push-ups
• Jumping jacks
• High knees
• Sprints
