T3C Continuous Improvement Initiative Kick Off
Overview
The Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) model is bringing important changes to how children and families are served in the child welfare system. To support this shift, the Texas Institute for Child & Family Wellbeing (TXICFW) is leading a new initiative—the T3C Continuous Improvement Initiative—focused on collecting feedback, analyzing data, and developing actionable solutions to support DFPS in improving T3C practices and policies in real time.
As part of this effort, we’re hosting a Kick Off Webinar to introduce our team, outline our work, and answer questions about ways to get involved in improving T3C.
We hope you’ll join us for this important meeting and share the information with others connected to the Child Welfare field in Texas.
Objectives:
- Introduce the T3C Continuous Improvement Initiative and TXICFW team.
- Establish T3CCII as a distinct project from T3C and highlight the unique scope of work and role TXICFW will play.
Presenters:
- Nicole Treviño, MA
- Monica Faulkner, PhD, LMSW
