SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS

Systemic Constellations is a practical method for modeling relationships and uncovering hidden patterns. This approach uses both analytical thinking and intuition to understand complex systems. Originally developed for family therapy by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, it's now widely applied to business organizations and larger social issues.Systemic Constellations is particularly effective when:

• The root cause of a problem isn't obvious
• Previous change initiatives haven't lasted
• Parts of the organization feel "stuck" or resistant to change

Constellation work reveals how unseen influences affect our individual and collective thinking, behavior, and emotional responses. It creates a map that makes these hidden patterns visible and actionable. The process acknowledges current realities, addresses unspoken commitments, resolves communication gaps, and creates new pathways toward balance and resolution.This hands-on virtual workshop will introduce participants to Systemic Constellations mapping techniques and explore a variety of ways you can integrate Constellation work into your current practice.
