Hot Dog Cart serving Hot Dogs (mustard ketchup mayonnaise onions relish jalapeños cheese homemade chili and homemade slaw) also Nachos with any of the hot dog toppings.

ABOUT THE POOL

Private pool with gazebo, & fire pits. Pool has full sun until 3:30pm then entire pool is shaded. Private bathroom with sink toilet and shower available to use. Pool floats/toys available for use for fee.

Pool surrounded by fence and separate fence around yard outside pool. Property has ample parking. Great sunlight Shaded area Night lighting Tanning edge Shallow area.

What should I wear?

It's a swimming party!! Swimsuits, cover-ups, and expressive attire are encouraged! This is a pool vibe with a poetic twist—come dressed to express and get wet. Pool is 3 ft to 6 ft deep

Will there be parking available?

Yes, private on-site parking. Up to 25 cars on site. Other parking options nearby: checkmark Free street parking Additional details: We have plenty of parking space. Property has circle driveway and enough space for 15+ cars to park. Property is also located on private road which is 2 miles long.

Can I perform at the open mic?

Yes! Open mic sign-ups are available online. Walk In spots are first-come, first-served, so arrive early to secure your place.

Is this event 21+?

Yes, this is a 21+ event. Valid ID is required at entry.

Will food and drinks be available?

Absolutely! SYS is giving away a free food ticket per paid entry and There will be a bartenders, vendors, and food available for purchase from a food vendors.

Are tickets available at the door?

All tickets should be purchased online in advance. Limited Tickets sold at the door for $25

Is this a smoke-friendly environment?

Yes, this is a smoke-friendly event. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available for your comfort.

Can I bring my own lawn chair?

Absolutely! We encourage guests to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable lawn seating during outdoor activities. Make yourself at home and vibe your way!

Are there chairs provided?

Limited seating may be available, but it's first come, first served — bringing your own ensures you're set for the full experience.

Can I bring a pop-up tent or umbrella?

Small personal umbrellas are fine, but please no large tents or canopies — we want to keep the view open and the vibe flowing for everyone.
