Syntara isn’t a class. It’s an experience.
It’s where you take off the week like a heavy coat at the door, lie down on a mat, and let your body remember what safety feels like.
On October 26th at 5 PM at Balance Arts Center, we gather in soft light and silence — not to perform, but to arrive.
You’ll be guided through:
- Breathwork — to anchor your mind into your body.
- Yin Yoga — long-held shapes that release the tension you’ve been carrying in your shoulders, jaw, belly, heart.
- Sound Healing — crystal bowls and live frequencies designed to slow your brainwaves and soothe the nervous system.
- Yoga Nidra — a dreamlike guided rest, where your body goes into repair and your mind drifts into stillness.
But what makes Syntara different?
It’s not a class where everyone does their own thing in silence and leaves.
We close by gently reopening our eyes, sharing a breath with the people next to us — a quiet moment of real human presence. No pressure to speak. Just connection without performance.
You don’t have to “be spiritual.”
You don’t have to know how to meditate.
You only have to show up — as you are.
You leave not just relaxed — you leave regulated, softer, and reconnected to yourself and others.
Kindly arrive on time, as late arrivals may not be admitted.
