SWOT analysis - Blackrock

All College of Business staff and faculty are invited to participate in an interactive SWOT analysis session as part of our College Quality Review. This session is designed to collaboratively explore the College’s current position and future potential using the SWOT framework. Through rotating table discussions, participants will share and build on insights across all four areas of SWOT: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

The session will run for 2 hours, including a welcome with tea/coffee, an introduction to the activity, the main discussion, and a final group discussion and close.
