Swim the Kentucky River with me Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday at Blanton's Boat Dock in Frankfort, KY.

I will be jumping off between 12:00pm and 12:15pm and swimming downstream past the Singing Bridge. Then turning around and going back to the boat dock.
