Come join Flossie Monroe for Sweet and sLOW Burn, a sensual and empowering movement experience at IamSexyFit Dance and Fitness! This workshop is all about finding that delicious balance between soft, sweet slowness and the heat of intentional burn. Whether you’re a Burlesque artust, new to dance or already seasoned, this class is designed for all levels—welcoming every body and every kind of sexy.
We’ll begin with a full warm-up focused on safety, flexibility, and clean entry/exit points—especially for floorplay. Modifications will be offered for those without hypermobility so you can move with confidence and comfort.
Then, we’ll explore the art of the tease using fluid floorwork, slow grooves, and expressive choreography. Props will be incorporated into mini-routines, and you’re encouraged to bring something of your own to play with—like a robe, dress, jacket, or bra for removal. There’s no nudity, but we’ll fully lean into the flirtation of the reveal.
