ABOUT SISU LIFESTYLE

At SISU (see-soo), we believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way.

Our saunas are built by Amish craftsmen in Ohio who’ve spent their lives working with their hands. No shortcuts. Every piece handselected. Just real people making real things with care. We use hand-picked western red cedar and top-of-the-line heaters because your recovery deserves that level of quality. Preheating is simple with Wi-Fi and remote access, and our cedar roof kits are made to handle the elements, season after season. Every detail has a purpose. Nothing added for show. These aren’t luxury products. They’re tools for people who push their limits and need a place to reset. Trusted by high performers and backed by a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee, our saunas are built to serve you for the long haul. We’re not here to impress. We’re here to build things that work so you can keep showing up and doing the hard stuff. Grit Over Glory.

ABOUT BRIDGE REHAB AND PERFORMANCE

At Bridge R&P our goal is to not only take a holistic approach to injury recovery but to set in place injury prevention, performance rehabilitation, and leaving you feeling you can pick up right where you left off.

We start by assessing where you are in the Bridge System. This is done by analyzing where you are with your injury, the symptoms you are experiencing, and how you are performing. We then develop a custom plan to expedite your recovery and help you achieve your performance goals.

At Bridge, we provide a range of services with performance as their main focus. We also work with holistic practices so you can avoid excessive medications, surgeries, and other treatments that keep you away from training.
