What’s #SweatworkingWeek?
aSweatLife is hosting its tenth #SweatworkingWeek, which is a celebration of sweat across Chicago - we like to think of it as somewhere between a restaurant week and a Lolla for fitness. And this 10th #Sweatworking week also happens to fall on our 10th birthday. We really like birthdays and round numbers, so prepare for us to lose our minds finding ways to celebrate with you.
What’s happening during #SweatworkingWeek? You’ll find us taking on workouts across the city, in studios in the mornings and at Maggie Daley Park in the evenings.
What's this workout with Maggie Umberger?
International yoga teacher Maggie Umberger returns to Chicago to lead a mindful yoga flow at the center of the city in Maggie Daley Park. Expect challenging and delightful sequences that meet you right where you are. You'll find mobility sequences that make your heart-rate race and a practice that focuses on you.
