Sweats for Vets! Resiliency Hygiene with Gong in support of Vets
Overview
Resiliency Hygiene™ is a simple, powerful framework designed by veterans and built for the entire wellness community. This training teaches practical tools to help you stay calm, focused, and steady during stressful moments through three pillars: Breath, Focus, and Move. These easy techniques can be used anytime to improve clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
The session is stress-free, fun, and completely practical, giving you tools you can use immediately in everyday life. You’ll learn how breath regulates the nervous system, how focus builds mental steadiness, and how gentle movement helps release tension and restore energy. The training is empowering and accessible for all experience levels.
We’ll share snacks, tea, and coffee, and close with a restorative gong bath, offering a deeply relaxing and meditative experience.
All donated sweat suit sets collected for Sweats for Vets will be delivered directly to veterans in hospitals who are in need. Your participation supports both your own well-being and the well-being of others who have served.
