👟 What to Bring/Wear:

– Comfortable clothes & sneakers

– A yoga mat (for warm-ups & cooldowns)

– A water bottle + your best energy

🗓️Agenda:
12:00–12:30 PM – Check-in + Mingling
Meet some new faces, and settle in!

12:30–1:15 PM – Workout Class

1:15–1:25 PM – Cooldown & Mat Moment. Stretch it out and reset with some light movement on your mat.

1:30–2:00 PM – Socialize + Photo Ops. Stick around to connect, snap some pics, and enjoy the vibes!
