A SWAT is a team of 8-12 job seekers who are networking directly and holding each other to account regarding their respective job searches.

Is there anything I need to do to join a SWAT?

You need to attend orientation before being assigned to a SWAT team. You will also need the following completed and read to go: resume; Linkedin profile; marketing plan.

What is a marketing plan?

For a job seeker, a marketing plan is your roadmap to success! With all the basics behind you, you will follow your marketing plan--list of hard and soft skills, list of targeted companies, and list of who you are connected with at those companies. This helps your team to better help you!
