What do I bring?

Up to 5 items of clothing in excellent condition to swap. These will be checked for suitability and exchanged for tokens. Items can include: tops, jumpers, shirts, blouses, jackets, pants, jeans, skirts, shorts, suits, ties, belts, bags, shoes, hats and scarves.

I've never been to a swap before- I'm not sure what to expect

No worries - swaps are fun and friendly! Bring clothes you no longer wear and find something new-to-you in return. It's like shopping without spending, all about sharing, reusing, and good vibes. Come along and see what treasures you can find!

Question 3

What do I do when I drop my clothes off?

Accepted Answer

Please drop off your clothes between 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on the day. The swap starts at 11:15 am. While waiting for the swap to begin, we'd love for you to join us for coffee and some delicious morning tea inside the Ultimo Community Centre.

Are there any clothes I can't bring?

Please do not bring underwear, socks, swimwear or sportswear anything that is stained, unclean or worn out.

What styles and brands are accepted?

All styles and brands are accepted as long as they are in excellent condition.

What if I cannot find my size or clothes I like?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot find your size or clothes you like, you can take a look at the accessories to see if there is anything for you or share your tokens with others.

Are there any rules?

To ensure the swap is fun and safe for everyone, certain behaviours will not be tolerated. Please do not run or hoard clothes. If you have leftover tokens please give them to fellow swappers. Be polite and courteous to others at all times. Have Fun!
