Come participate in a roundtable geared towards how agencies are managing their facilities. How are they maintaining the grounds, landscaping and exterior of the facilities. What services do they contract out: boilers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Is there a company on standby. How about contract work such as office remodeling, new construction or upgrades such as lighting. What grant opportunities have you found, such as LED upgrades. How many people do you have on staff and what license or certifications do they have. Be prepared to hear from your peers and ask questions. This roundtable will be very interactive and a great place to make connections in the field you may be responsible for.
