Chef Ami will introduce you to the fundamentals of sushi making – from preparing the best ingredients, to making the rice and assembling your rolls.

She will share her tips and tricks to achieve beautiful and authentic sushi rolls of several varieties.

Sit down at the end of class to enjoy the fruits of your labour together.

Beverages and all necessary supplies will be provided.

Small group format – maximum 6 participants.


Hands-On Class - Start to finish hands-on learning.

About Your Chef - Chef Ami Goto, Tsukimi Sushi

Born and raised in Japan, Chef Ami Goto has been making sushi for many years. She was mentored by a Japanese sushi chef, and then became the visionary behind Dharma Sushi, Kitsune Food Co, Lonewolf Food Co., Full Moon Izakaya, and most recently Tsukimi Sushi. Her work has been featured in The Coast, Curated Magazine, and numerous other publications.

She is a gifted chef who produces artful and delicious sushi of the highest quality.

She is warm, witty, approachable and kind. We are thrilled to have her sharing her knowledge with us!
