Survival Mode: psychoeducational group that cover a variety of topics and provides a supportive space to process thoughts, feelings, and ideas with others.

Topics include:

  • Understanding Survival Mode
  • Shocks and stressors of the community
  • Transforming trauma
  • Resiliency
  • Beyond survival
  • Strengthening community/Community connections
  • Mobilizing at times of constant community threats and cultural reckoning

Meets Thursdays at noon

Zoom will be used to facilitate the workshop, it is requested that participants who have access, will utilize their cameras to create a deeper sense of connection. Looking forward to seeing you there!
