About Our Speakers:

Allison Bloom, DO, MPH: Specialist in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She joined Mainline Fertility as a fellow in 2017 and began practicing as an attending physician in 2020. In the five years prior to fellowship, Dr. Bloom practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Bloom is experienced in the field of in vitro fertilization with a particular interest in recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, egg freezing, and LGBTQ+ family building. In addition to her medical training, Dr. Bloom earned a Masters in Public Health and is an advocate for fertility awareness and education. She truly believes in teaching and empowering her patients. Dr. Bloom and her wife underwent infertility treatment for over a year before successfully conceiving with IVF and welcoming twin boys into their family. As an avid learner and an active member of many professional societies, Dr. Bloom feels that it is important to continually educate herself on the latest advancements in the field of infertility.

Anthony Brown: Attorney and Manager of Client Services, Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation. Anthony is also the Emeritus Chairman of Men Having Babies. Anthony and his husband were the subjects of CNN's, "In America, Gary and Tony Have a Baby”, a 2010 documentary about their journey of having a child through surrogacy. He is also a member of The Family Law Institute of the National Gay and Lesbian Bar Association, and the Committee for Assisted Reproduction of the American Bar Association.

Jen Rachman: Outreach Associate and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Circle Surrogacy and Egg Donation. Jen, who resides in New York and has over 20 years of social work experience, is also a cancer survivor and parent through surrogacy. Jen meets and supports intended parents throughout NY, NJ, and PA.
