About this Event
Are you a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other Agilist supporting a team that has suddenly become distributed? Are you feeling stuck or uncertain about how to support that team when you can't all be together? If so, then this one-hour workshop is for you.
This interactive session is not a webinar, and it’s more than a class. It uses the Zoom video-conferencing platform to create an interactive online meeting space. You will identify your biggest challenge in supporting your suddenly distributed Agile team. You will explore what skills and strengths you already have that can help you meet that challenge. You will apply a method for avoiding Either/Or thinking to help you get unstuck from your current dilemmas. And you will leave with a tool for developing Both-And solutions with your team to help them move forward.
Your guide for this workshop is Paul Tevis. Paul is a coach & facilitator who partners with technology leaders who want to work as effectively with people as they do with technology. Based in Santa Barbara, CA, he has been using Agile principles and practices to enable meaningful, sustainable change at organizations of all sizes for the last dozen years.
