Free Monthly Support Sessions to help support your anxious or neurodivergent child; wherever you are on your diagnosis journey
Are you supporting a child aged 10 or over who is experiencing anxiety, stress, difficulties with school attendance, or ongoing worries?
They may be neurodivergent or currently on a diagnostic pathway.
We’d love to welcome you to our FREE Parent and Carer Support Sessions in the heart of Cardiff.
You’re not alone. This therapist-supported space is here to help you connect with others who truly understand.
Location: Community Meeting Room, 43 Charles Street, Cardiff
When: Friday 19th December, 10:00–12:00
What to expect:
- A warm, safe space to share experiences and feel heard
- Compassionate support from a qualified therapist
- The chance to meet like minded parents and carers
- And, of course, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits
We are next door to Bomber's Sandwiches. Please ring the main doorbell, and we will come out to greet you.
