Supporting Life's Journey Series: Grief & the Holidays

Overview

Join us at the Roswell Funeral Home for a presentation on navigating grief during the holiday season

When you don't feel all warm and fuzzy, like those Publix commercials, the Holiday season can feel tough.

Desiree Doucet, a Certified Grief Educator & Certified Professional Coach, knows firsthand how difficult the holidays can be for those grieving. She's lived the experience first-hand. She's experienced multiple losses during the holiday season throughout her life.

Grief is a universal human experience. Everyone experiences it, but no one wants to talk about it.

Join her as she discusses some key points to survive the holiday season when life feels hard.

✨ Strategies to help you cope with uncomfortable and overwhelming feelings.

✨ Education on what grief typically looks and feels like.

✨ Resources to help you feel supported during the holidays.

✨ Support & compassion from someone who understands.

No one likes to admit they are struggling. It can be even harder to ask for help.

Join us for this free session to meet professionals who are passionate about helping you navigate grief that promotes healing.
