Overview

Learn tips and get resources to help children coping with the loss of a loved one manage the upcoming holiday season.

Do you know a child having difficulty adjusting to new holiday traditions and rituals or unsure how to make alternative plans this year?

When a child is grieving the loss of a loved one, the holiday season can be a challenging time. It won’t always be this way. There is hope.

‘Supporting Grieving Children During the Holidays’ is a free program. The session is hosted by a professional grief counselor who understands the complexity of grief and the effect it can have on children, particularly during the holidays.

The Zoom link will be emailed to you in the days leading up to the event. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders.

We are also offering a similar grief workshop for adults on additional dates in person at various locations in RI and MA. Click here for more information.
