What Makes Supported Awakening Unique?Unlike self-generated techniques, Supported Awakening requires no effort or specific practice on your part. There’s nothing you need to “do” to benefit. Simply show up to the session, allow yourself to receive, and let the experience unfold.
What to Expect During a Session:Each Supported Awakening session is entirely unique and deeply personal. Some participants describe their experience as an incredibly deep meditation, while others feel as though they’ve entered a vivid, colorful waking dream. Here are some possibilities:
- Physical Sensations: You may feel energy moving through your body, with waves of movement or emotions rising and subsiding.

How to Prepare for Your Session:
Simply come with an open heart and mind. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. Close your eyes, tune in, and allow your energy to flow. Also, for the best experience:
- Ensure you’re in a location with a strong Wi-Fi connection.
- Download the Zoom app on a device with a working camera.
- Set up a yoga mat or blanket on the floor for your comfort.
- Position your device so the camera captures your full body while on the mat.
About the Facilitator:
Becca Maniar has been facilitating energetic activations since 2019, offering her unique energy work to clients both virtually and in person worldwide. She also leads weekend Supported Awakening Non-Duality Immersions, helping participants deepen into the practice in an intimate setting. As a dedicated seeker, Becca is passionate about guiding individuals at each stage of their awakening journey.
THE FINE PRINT (Legal Disclaimer):
I understand that a Supported Awakening session may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
Supported Awakening is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Supported Awakening is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis as it can be destabilizing for them. By participating, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my participation verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice kundalini activation and participation is at my own risk. By participating I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Supported Awakening and its instructors Rebecca Maniar & Tapan Maniar.
