Supervisor Training Accelerated program is a 10-module training course designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage teams in an online format, focusing on key supervisory functions like communication, performance management, conflict resolution, decision-making, and team building, allowing new and existing supervisors to gain confidence and proficiency in their leadership roles.

Module 4 - Business Grammar
Module 5 - Strategic Decision-Making
Module 6 - Conflict Management
Module 7 - Leading High-Performing Teams
Module 8 - Giving and Receiving Feedback
Module 9 - Coaching to Win
Module 10 - Ethics and Working with the Union


During this session, you will receive links to complete modules 1 -10. Completing any of these modules will count towards completing the 10-module program. Modules must be completed on or before May 1, 2026
