Supervisor Training Module 8: Giving and Receiving Feedback

The Supervisor Training Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage employees. The program centers on the value of effective supervision and improves the participants’ ability to lead and motivate others.

Module 8: One of the most important person-to-person communication skills is the ability to give and receive feedback effectively. It is also one of the most challenging. This course will help you develop your feedback skills and present your ideas more effectively, whether to co-workers, direct reports or your manager. It will also help you be a better receiver of feedback, no matter how awkwardly it’s delivered.
