The Supervisor Training Program is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to effectively supervise and manage employees. The program centers on the value of effective supervision and improves the participant’s ability to lead and motivate others.

Module 1: If you are a new supervisor or you currently work in the role but have had no previous training in supervision, this course will give you a solid set of skills to support team management.
