Supervising others in the mental health field is both rewarding and complex. This quarterly peer support group is designed for supervisors across disciplines—including play therapy, social work, counseling, psychology, and related fields.

Together, we’ll create a supportive space to:

  • Share experiences, challenges, and successes in supervision.
  • Explore both individual and group supervision practices.
  • Discuss topics unique to play therapy, child and family work, and broader mental health supervision.
  • Gain fresh perspectives, resources, and strategies to strengthen your supervisory role.
  • Prioritize self-care and professional growth in your journey as a supervisor.
  • Connect with other supervisors who understand the nuances of guiding and supporting clinicians.
  • Ethics & Boundaries in Supervision
  • Challenges in Group Supervision
  • Self-Care for Supervisors
  • Navigating Power & Diversity in Supervision
