This event is for people who already know how to play mahjong!
Have you learned how to play Mahjong and are looking for other beginners to play with? Come to Sawyer Plays Mahjong’s Supervised Play sessions! Sawyer will be there to facilitate games, provide strategic help, and answer questions!
This event is best for people who have learned the basics of American or Hong Kong Mahjong. If you haven’t learned, or want a refresher, check out my beginner mahjong lessons! You can find me on Instagram and Facebook @sawyerplaysmahjong.
Seating is limited to 16 guests. We will meet at Chaotic Good Cafe at 200 W 84th St on the Upper West Side of NYC. We do ask all attendees to purchase at least 1 drink during their time at Chaotic Good.
If you cannot make the larger group events, no fear! You can always email sawyerplaysmahjong@gmail.com or check out @sawyerplaysmahjong on Instagram and Facebook to set up private lessons at a day, time, and location of your convenience! Private lessons are subject to different rates.
