Join us on the water for a playful practice with extra time to paddle, float and flow. Reserve your 2 hour rental with a 1 hour SUP Yoga Class with Cathy and a free voucher with Milwaukee Kayak Company to come back!

Thursday nights are geared towards a 5:30pm check in and paddle, SUP Yoga class to start roughly at 6pm or location launched from Harley Davidson Museum on the Menominee River where it is less busy. Check with Milwaukee Kayak Company for each Thursday night Sunset group if you have not heard from us yet. Either paddle to location or make arrangements to launch for you at the location near by (Harley Davidson Museum).

3 Friday morning classes and 3 Friday evening sunset classes this summer! Check Milwaukee Kayak Co. website and Outdoor Yoga-MKE scedule for weather related cancelations.

SUP Yoga is a combination of paddleboarding and yoga practice. It challenges us to find a level of balance and focus your mind, all while floating on top of the water using a paddleboard like a yoga mat. SUP Yoga provides a good workout, stretch and strengthens muscles while focusing on the breath throughout practice. We will be on the river for about 1.5 hours. Cathy with Outdoor Yoga MKE will guide our practice. We will launch from our main location, and paddle across the river where we will anchor in the river for our practice. Paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and instructions are included. Duration 1.5-2 Hours Dates: Friday, July 11th 8:30am-10:30am Thursday, July 24th 5:30pm-7:30pm Friday, July 25th 8:30am-10:30am Friday, August 8th 8:30am-10:30am Thursday, August 14th 5:30pm-7:30pm Thursday, August 21st 5:30pm-7:30pm WHAT TO BRING: • You! • Water bottle filled with water • Sunscreen • Small coolers okay • Dress for the weather – do not wear jeans or heavy cotton WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE: • Paddleboard • Life jacket • Paddle • Dry-bag (we have cubbies here too) • Water, snacks and sunscreen are always on-hand • Paddle lesson and instruction • Safe and fun atmosphere WHAT TO WEAR: • Lightweight clothing (do not wear jeans or heavy cotton) • Sandals, flips or shoes with a thin sole • Sunglasses and/or hat UPON ARRIVAL: • We will check you in. • We will outfit you with a paddleboard, life jacket and paddle. • We will provide introductions, review information and rules of the river. • Life jackets must be worn at all times when you are near or on the river. PARTICIPANTS: • All participants must be 12+ to paddle their own paddleboards • All participants must know how to swim CANCELATION INFO: If this event needs to be canceled due to weather or river conditions, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you can rebook for a different date or receive a full refund, whatever works best for you.
