What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle and maybe a hat or sunglasses. We provide the mat and any equipment!

What level is the class?

All levels! Whether it's your first time or you're the ultimate Pilates lover, the class is designed to be fun and accessible.

What happens after the class?

Once we finish the workout, we'll move to the beach cabanas where your spritz will be served so you can relax and enjoy the evening by the beach. You're more than welcome to also order food and make a night of it.

Summer is here and this is the perfect way to soak it up: Pilates overlooking the ocean and a spritz as the sun comes down.

Sunset Spritz And Pilates is all about making the most of summer nights. Starting with a Pilates class on the deck of West Beach Pavillion (that's right, raised off the beach so no sand suck between your fingers) and then as the sun starts to set, roll straight into a seaside spritz of your choice. It’s relaxed, warm, a little bit special- the kind of night that feels like summer in Melbourne should.
