You will walk away from this experience feeling lighter, freer, and more at ease. Please bring your own mat / props / blanket for your practice as you see fit.

Enjoy peaceful vibrations and ambient sounds as we make our way through the evening. We will end the class with at least 10 minutes of rejuvenating deep relaxation.

This is a donation based class, recommended sliding scale of $10-$20.
