Join us on Sunday, August 3rd, for an evening designed to soothe the senses and welcome the summer with ease.

Hosted by Holly Fletcher at Sweet Meadow Massage (near 4th Ave & Downtown)

Holly Fletcher LMT, C-MLD is the owner of Sweet Meadow Massage, established in 2020 and located near 4th Avenue and Downtown. Holly focuses on calming the nervous system & bringing your body into harmony and relaxation.

Guests are invited to arrive at 6:15 PM to settle in, connect, nd optionally take a dip in the pool before practice begins. As the sun sets, we’ll honor the warmth of the evening with a gentle, accessible vinyasa flow led by Katie. Movement will build slowly, with options and modifications offered throughout so all bodies feel supported.

After our hour-long flow, we’ll transition into the water, sliding into the pool with provided pool noodles (or feel free to bring your own small float). Let the soft sounds of nature and community surround you as you float beneath the open sky.

From the comfort of the water, Katie will guide you through an extended yoga nidra session—a deeply restful practice of guided meditation that supports nervous system regulation, taps into intuitive awareness, and brings you back home to yourself.

This is a unique opportunity to combine movement, water, stillness, and community in a way that gently restores and reconnects.

What to Bring:

  • Come wearing your swimsuit (a tiny home will be available for changing and restrooms, if needed)
  • Yoga mat
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Any personal props that support your practice (blocks will be provided for the flow)

For the yoga Nidra, you can float all in, or with legs on the deck, you are also welcome as always,s to stay on dry land to enjoy the relaxation portion of the evening.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation done lying down (in this case, in the pool) designed to bring deep rest to the body while keeping the mind gently aware. Through breath awareness and body scanning, you’re guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep—where true restoration happens.

This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, ease anxiety, and calm the mind. It’s a deeply accessible tool for all bodies and levels, offering rest that can feel even more rejuvenating than a nap.

A special element of Yoga Nidra is setting a Sankalpa, or intention, which is gently planted during this relaxed state to support growth and healing.

Simple, powerful, and profoundly restorative—Yoga Nidra is rest you don’t have to earn.
