How much does it cost?

The cost is five pounds, which goes to the cost of renting the space. You can pay via Eventbrite, or in cash on the day, or also do BACS. If for any reason the cost is too much, let me know discreetly and I will waive the fee.

What do I need to bring?

A meditation cushion or a regular cushion from your couch to sit on is good. There are some flat foam blocks in the hall that you can use if you can't bring something with you.

Do I need to sit on the floor?

No, you can sit in a chair, which are provided.

I have never meditated before, will I be able to do the class?

It is suitable for beginners, and the class will be adjusted depending on who is there.
