Sundays with Seniors (Senior Citizens)

Sunday Socials allows for elders and those in need of some support to connect on Zoom and check-in with a coach and the community. It provides a chance to entertain and engage in conversations that are centered around pre-arranged or requested topics such as, current events, special moments, health and doctors, family and friends, books and movies, travel and leisure, compliments and complaints, hobbies and holidays.

Membership includes a one time fee of $95 for 60-minute online monthly meetings per year. Register before January 15th and receive special discount and a $10 Starbucks Gift Card. (Regular Price $150/year).

*You can upgrade to weekly meetings for $349 for 48 weekly meetings throughout the year.

If you are unable to join in on our socials, we offer online and onsite Check-In-Chats with elders throughout the week. Choose the dates and times that work best for you. We visit clients online, onsite, at private homes, and nursing homes. See more details below.

What is Check-in-Chats?

When you are unable to be there yourself, we make time to be by your loved one’s side. Whether they are in need of a supportive ear to discuss the grandkids, reminisce about the good ‘ole times, and/or what was on the news last night, we are available to meet-up or stop by. Often bringing a deck of cards or scheduling a special treat,* we try to make your loved one’s life a little more sweet.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT APPOINTMENT BASED SESSIONS

Basic services include 90-minutes of conversation over coffee or tea (online or onsite). Meetings can include bringing a copy of your loved one’s favorite paper or magazine. We engage with elders by watching sports, soaps or the news, taking a stroll in the neighborhood to stretch one’s legs, or light conversation over a special snack.

Originally invented to support the elders in our community, we are also available for those in need of some company. We extend a hand and offer support to individuals who are (a) isolated or immobile, in need of bed rest or not, (b) recently lost their spouse or best friend, (c) feel estranged in a new city, or (d) without an outlet when their job came to a sudden end.
