Start market day with a cheerful full‑body refresh. A certified FLX instructor leads an easy‑flow Mat Pilates session focused on lengthening, mobility, and feel‑good energy.

  • When: Every Sunday during Farmers Market season June thru August 2025
  • Where: On the green next to the market in clear weather; indoors at FLX Move, 5117 Brown St. if skies turn gray (updates posted morning‑of)
