The guided tour begins at the west side porte cochere door of Deere-Wiman House, 817 11th Ave (the yellow house), before continuing to the Butterworth Center, 1105 8th St (the gray house).

Both homes are architecturally significant with many original details and artifacts.

The tour takes about 1 1/2 hours.

There is an exterior lift and interior elevator for those with mobility issues. Wheelchairs will not fit in the interior elevator.

Parking is available across the street, south of Deere-Wiman House.

Online registration for each day's tour closes at 12pm on the day of the tour.
